The membership is cancellable but not refundable, either it can be put on hold for exceptional circumstances.

Your membership starts on the day of your first activation, either online or at the reception desk. You’ll receive a confirmation with your start and end dates.
Yes, the 20% member discount applies to all court bookings across all 7 courts and all available time slots, seven days a week.
Absolutely. Members can bring guests who pay standard non-member rates. Court bookings can be made under your member account for priority access.
